Hybrid Sleep and hibernation powers down the whole computer and essentially turns it off. You can disable both in Power Options, Advanced Settings. Can't you power your Iphone using an electric outlet instead of the computer? That would be better if it's possible. I prefer to turn off the computer at night since mine has a tendency to wake itself unexpectedly.
