Please provide the model and specifications of your Alienware computer so we can help you troubleshoot the problem.

Test the microphone on another device to make sure it's working. If possible, try different microphones and headset. Make sure all the other ports are working properly.

I would also recommend you upgrade to the latest BIOS A12 and re-install the audio driver. 

Thanks, but the problem is with the internal microphone. Any other external microphone works properly

Hey, I'm having the same issue. I've tried redownloading the sound blaster recon3Di Driver, and everything else works fine except that the microphone Array will not work. please help!

And have you tested with an external microphone as well?
