We recommend you check the Bios version on the system and update it if necessary, click here for the Bios version link. If possible, test the system with headphones to determine if the same thing happens with headphones. If it does, it could be a problem with the sound card and not the speakers.

Also, make sure you have your speakers set as default from the "Playback Devices" window. To open playback devices, right click on the audio speaker icon on the taskbar, playback devices should appear as an option.

Bios version is up to date. Headphones work just fine with the system and if I put the audio out to anything else like external speakers. I have changed the default playback devices. It will have issues regardless of playback device(I have a few different ones like the Razer one that is more adjustable) and long as the sound is coming through the speakers it has that trouble regardless.

Thank you for confirming this. It seems like it could be more of a hardware problem with the speakers. If your system is still in warranty, please send me a PM with your service tag for further assistance.
