Hi, well... I've got a problem with my DELL product, it's an Alienware M14X R2. Here's my problem: This morning I tried to turn on my computer but it didn't have any power left so I proceeded to plug it into a power source and it started all normal, everything was fine until it reached the 'place' where you see your username and you gotta input your password BUT it doesn't load the username, it just stays there loading and after 10 seconds it blinks in black and the screen is that 'place' again and so on... I actually have NO IDEA what this is... the computer is like a month old, REALLY and I've treated it like a living being.

Magnetico,
* Turn the system off
* Remove the AC adapter from the back of the M14x-R2
* Press and hold the M14x-R2 power button in for 5 seconds
* Reconnect the AC adapter
* Power the M14x-R2 on. What happens?

Remove the battery. Try to power it on with just the AC adapter plugged in.
