Perhaps one of your memory modules is not seated correctly. Next time it happens try going into the BIOS and verify that you have the properly installed memory. If you do not then try taking out the memory modules/sticks and placing them back in. Hopefully that will solve the issue.
I suppose if you were comfortable you could just go head first and reseat the sticks now.
