Thanks for the info. Depending on the Alienware model, some options can be greyed out if they're no available. In this case, this feature is only available when it's been controlled by another application (AlienFX Third Party Access), but it's not available for you to set up manually.
I have watched this video before, and it sadly, does not help my case, i understand how to make it so that the lights do the desired effect, however, it does not allow me to add other actions, as the button for it is grayed out, and along with this, the computer shown in that video, is a different one from mine, so i am not sure that it would work considering the system change. The process may be different.
Hello, it sounds like you may have issues with the command center program itself, have you tried un-installing it, restarting your machine and re-installing it?

I have now Uninstalled it, and then even installed a newer version of the command center, yet, i am having the exact same problem as before.
