Thermal Controller and Alienware FX crashing/not working after windows reinstall

I had to reinstall my system because of a nasty virus which managed to disable my AV, prevent me from installing any programs, prevent any browsers from opening and if there was something in the factory image F:/Recovery/ folder  it erased it.

I"m running an Aurora

I've got most everything working except the Thermal Controller software and the Alienware FX. The Thermal control software just crashes with the following error

 and the FX software says "The Theme you are opening is not compatible with this computer. You will not be able to apply the theme."

Can someone help
