Uninstall program Question

Question

So i had uninstall i game i had it was Tera online and i ended up uninstall but for some reason it left the icon left on my apps page on windows 8.1 and anytime i click delete or try to go to the games folder and try to delete it wont for some reason.Anyone have a clue what i can do ? Would love to delete this icon.Hope i post in the right section i have a alienware.

I had to go into the register and delete the entry.I did uninstall there control panel but im good but thanks anyways

You may need to go to the control panel and under programs and features look for the game and uninstall it.
