A/ssuming you have contacted Dell Alienware to check on the possibility of upgrading your GPU's (because I believe that your best resource for upgrading your laptop is going to be OEM due to complexity/ resources, etc... associated with such upgrades) What I hear most with such computers is "buy a new computer" All that being said....
I dont know your budget so I cant say card to go with, but from what you posted it appears that your only possible weakness is your "outdated" video controllers. Obviously, which ever model you can afford alll the up the video card chain go until your budget stops you!!! I think dual 780M's will raise that elusive fps we all so deeply crave.....
One last thing... I don't know about Intel's adapter but what is your PING average in said game?
Performance wise I don't think (personal opinion ONLY) you will gain any fps via any of the upgrades. If you do, it will be minimal. Cost wise, I think it will be a waste of $. Consider going with a newer machine. At least your goal will be achieved if you put your $ there. If you do ALL the listed upgrades, I am comfortable in my estimate that your goal will NOT be reached.
Sorry for the BAD news. You can look at this way... At least you get to shop for a new computer:)
Oh and do you happen to have a used Alienware laptop for sale?
