Upgrading Video Card- aurora

I have the 525 Watt power supply from what I can, but I can't find the amps per rail etc to make sure this thing can handle a decent upgrade. Currently I am running a GTX 260 that came with it and I'm looking at the GTX 560 series. I'd love to have the new 448 core edition, but they claim a minimum power supply requirement of 550 watts and I don't know if I can push it. Anyone know what the 'subjective' best card I can upgrade to is without changing the power supply or is it even worth bothering without a new power supply?

Hard to say ... the 560 is pretty small ... but so it 525w ... so it's a toss-up.

If you pop the Dell-AW 525w PS out of the machine, the large (now un-hidden) label should have all the rail info.

Go ahead and make the upgrade to the GTX 560.  I did it for my aurora with the 525 W power supply and it runs great.  You'll need to connect two power cables to it instead of just the one for the 260.

good luck.

Thank you RLA, I won't be drawing full power since my screen res is limited to my monitor (I'm guessing) so I'm thinking it should work just fine. When I upgrade monitors maybe I'll get a new PS.

Thanks guys.
