Here is a list of GPU's you can use in your AW17.

GTX 770M ~ 3GB GDDR5

GTX780M ~ 4GB GDDR5

GTX880M ~ 8GB GDDR5

GTX980M ~ 8GB GDDR5

GTX880M had a lot of issues with overheating, personally I'd go for either a GTX780M as they overclock extremely well (It will OC to the same specs as a stock GTX980M) or a GTX980M

Nvidia have just released the "10" series. Undoubtedly a AW17 owner will attempt installation of one very soon, so stay turned
