Update =

We were told, “After October 25th, customers will receive the game within 10 to 20 business days, typically through an email with the download link.”. A digital locker is setup for your Dell purchase. If you lost the email or never recieved it, you can use this link:

https://downloadstore.dell.com/Pages/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=~/Pages/ViewAccount.aspx

You just need to provide the email address that was used when ordering and the tool will send you a new password.

mrplace12771,

I do not see any reference to it on the X51 parts page. So my guess is you would get it through steam via download. Was there a card with an access code on it in the X51 box? Look on your invoice and provide to me the numbers by free game batman.

I am going to move this to the Alienware Forum. Hopefully the other Alienware owners can tell us how to get the software.

Hi Chris,  I am having the same issue, should have received game by now.  I also installed Steam thinking maybe it would be there, no luck.  Someone directed me to go to locker and enter the email address I bought the computer with to get my download, but it says my email address is not linked to an account.  This is the email address I use to log in to Dell's "My Account" page, and is the email address dell sent all shipping notifications to.  I also tried all of my other email addresses with no luck, seems that it was never set up in my name.  Any thoughts?

I recently ordered the X51 with the NVIDA GeForce 760 Ti graphics card.  Does this mean the game code for the Batman Arkham Origins will arrive in an email or when the computer arrives?

i am having the same problem. they should explain how this works when they sell the computer. i assumed it was going to be installed on the system already and it was nowhere to be found. there was nothing in my box either. i looked at nvidia page and yes, you can download it fromt here, but you have to have a code first, which dell had no idea what i was talkign about when i told them that

This link led me to a page that asked me to enter a password for dell digital locker. I have never heard of that and no not have a account for it, yet, i have been buying dell computers for 10 years now.
