Windows activation key retrieval procedure
Good day Sir.
There was a problem with my OS so i restore my OS. But the problem is, after OS was restored, windows pop-up appeared asking for windows activation key. I cant find any activation key sticker on my M14 laptop. Is there any procedure to retrieve my activation key?

Hi!
Actually, the Product Key is embedded in the Motherboard, so it' can be automatically recognized during the installation as long as you use the Windows discs we sent you. Did you get the Motherboard replaced recently or did you use a different copy of Windows?

I see. i did use the cd you sent, and i thought it would recognize its activation key, however every time i attempted to activate, this would happen (refer to pic)
that's why i would like to try inputting the activation key manually.
Is there any other options regarding this problem sir?
