Witcher 3 Game code
I purchased an Alienware 15 with a GeForce 970 video card a few weeks ago and was told that qualifies me for the copy of The Witcher 3 game which is out today (I asked about it specifically and I have a email copy of the chat I had at the time with a sales rep).
My order summary didn't list the Witcher 3 specifically but it has the line item:

says we are to get a code by email when the game's released, I haven't gotten any such email
How do I get my Witcher 3 game code?

If Dell is talking about a bundle deal that was the one that was about May 6 through May 31. That was the one with The Witcher 3 AND Batman. The deal we were supposed to get is just The Witcher 3 and it was in April.

Milena was correct, I got my game today!
I received an email with a link to "My Locker" :
and a password. (I had tried 'My Locker' several times up to yesterday and it told me I didn't have an account/password, so it was just created today).
I logged in there and the Product Key and instructions to download the game were there. From there I went to the NVidia link provided and finished getting the game from GOG.
So Dell came through for me, hope it's all worked out for everyone else [:D]

I really don't have a clue what is going on with them... but one thing is for sure. They are not on my *** list of companies not to do business with anymore. I can't return my POS computer. Spent 11-12 hours on the phone trying to figure out both hardware problems and the witcher download issue.... This was on a system less than a couple of days old.
LISTEN UP DELL... YOU HAVE A LOT OF ISSUES TO ADDRESS... Get your act together or expect me to be vocal about this on every social media platform. Listen to your customers! Oh... you script reading tech support is useless....

I have not received my game code either, but I am hoping Milena will look into it for me as I have already messaged her.

It seems my digital download has changed from Witcher3 to Batman:Arkham Knight. Not happy, I didn't know the Witcher3 was a time-limited download. I guess if I don't redeem the code, it might change to the next game to be featured?
