worst support experience ordering a laptop

i ordered my m17x on jan 29th original ship date was the week before the 14th...every single time it was got delayed 4 times...everytime it was delayed no phone call no email. i would log into the the web page every monday before the ship date and it would be ok. I would login to the chat and they would tell me i see no reason for delay...the next day bam a week later this went on for a month so all of feb i was dealing with this. it would get delayed no phone call no email. I would call in and they would say well i see the ship date as so and so.. and then the next day delayed again so after the whole month of feb with no Laptop. it starts getting into march 3 so i was like ok ill call again see if its going to get delayed. once again i get..." I see no reason for Delay" They offered to overnight it so i wouldn't have to wait til march 3rd..SURE ENOUGH the next day delayed again...so i call again..i get someone that tells me that they are sorry and that i will not get the laptop til the first week of april. i was like i ordered the thing in jan Y would i want to wait until april for a laptop that i ordered in jan. i was like i wanna cancel the order..ill get a different laptop...so i have the cancel the m17xr3 cause noone would tell me y it was getting delayed over and over again.After a couple of mins dude tells me that there was a problem with the processors and i was like ok y didn't anyone tell me that the first time i would of cancelled it right aways and order a different one. so i get that one cancelled and i go to get a different m17x and then its NO LONGER on web sight. I was getting jerked around for about a month almost 2 months now i can't even get a different laptop. There support is horrible..one side doesn't know what the other side is doing..

well if you did a bit of reading you would know that the R3 has the  second gen  I7 sandybridge and the boards have  been recalled by intel this is why the delay its not dell's fault but for giving you the run around is... allocation and stock of new boards wont be tilll april apparently  so all you can do is order a R2 or wait... sorry for issues and run around you been gettign ive been there  i know how you feel.....

I ordered the laptop before that whole thing with the sandy thing was even brought up..i ordered it and i would only check the order status...thing is i talked to the order people and after the first time if they would of told me that i would of been fine with it and gotten an r2 but..but noone wanted to give me an answer til after the 4th time it was delayed and now you can't get an r2 either.

He is right, they have pulled the M17x completely!
