X51 R3 Reboot Loop

Question

When I power on, the system: Displays the Alienware logo screen for several seconds Never boots to Windows Reboots This reboot loop continues until I power off the system by pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds. Unfortunately, I had not yet created the backup/recovery media. Is there any way to obtain the system recovery (factory image) from Dell? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the reply.  Sorry, I forgot to include that.  It came installed with Windows 10 Professional.
