Since the "unpackaged" version of BIOS update A05 can also be run from with-in Windows, the -prgboot switch more than likely disables a feature of the D2400A05.EXE program that is not needed when the BIOS is flashed in DOS from the bootable floppy. The earlier A03 BIOS updates were strictly DOS programs and could not be run from with-in WIndows.
