a, b, c lights are green, d is amber. I have checked my drives. I have the cd as slave and the hard drive as master. The hard drive has no system on it. I have also tried other hard drives, one of which did have w2000 on it. I have also swapped out 4 different pc2700 (333) memory sticks. Same results, same beeps, same lights. I suspect the motherboard.......

Boot up and check the 4 diagnostic lights on the back of the computer.
