2400 re-format issues

I just re-formatted my PC and i have having an array of issues.

 

1. My resolution, anything above the lowest, i cannot get anything higher then a 8-bit quality.

2. I have no sound. I miss my music.

 

 

If you can assist me in anyway, thank you so much. I can only get online during school, so i will check whenever i can :0
