a new computer that doesn't work

Question

I just bought my first dell in sept it was an early Christmas present, well it may as well be a junk present the darn thing is broke. So much for computer games for Christmas. What a huge dissappointment and I get no help from Dell. We just payed the thing off to or i'd let it go and let them reposses it, they'd be out then instead of me. If I sound bitter I am, never thought a computer would have so much so wrong so soon.
Guess I got the Lemon Computer of the year, not to mention I'm out 2 thousand dollars

my issues are.....last weekend I was online with tech support all weekend, well on hold for the most part. Finally after 3 days of tryin to get my computer to work they send someone out to fix it, well attempt to fix it. He comes with a hard drive and replaces that, I'm not blaming him he was great, but that didn't work. I thought wow Dell is great I'm gonna get this fixed right away. Then that didn't work so they ordered a Motherboard....still I was patient and hopefull for the weekend....I had plans the day he was to come so my husband came home early from work to be here so we could get this fixed.....well.....still nothing. This time they order another new motherboard and a cpu....the guy calls this morning its been 3 days since we ordered the parts and still no parts. I thought be patient but then i get a manger in tech support who tells me to calm down...a computer 3 months old and no part on the way til after Christmas, 2 thousands dollars down the drain....and she tells me to calm down!! These are my issues!

I think Joanne means what is WRONG with the computer. You have not mentioned anything about the problems. Maybe if you provided some details about what is actually wrong with the computer, we could help you :).
