adding easy cd creator
I had it on my computer, it got deleted by someone and now i want to reinstall but it won't install on the computer. I deleted all the old software, and tried downloading it off the web site and i keep getting that the software is not installed. Anyone got any answers for me?

If you did indeed purchase the software with your system, it will be on a separate disc as Bill mentioned. Gather as much information as possible, Service Tag, Express Code, Invoice. etc and contact Dell by phone. They should be able to verify the purchase and usually are pretty good about getting you the disc, whether they neglected to send it or somehow was misplaced. Wish you the best and Happy Holidays !
