Adding third hard drive

Question

I have a 720H2C on the way that is factory configured with 2 Raptor 160G drives in RAID 0. When it gets here I want to add another 500G drive so all is not lost if the system faults.
Is this an option, and what is the best way to accomplish it?

I might have figured it out for myself. If I get 2 more raptors and configure for RAID 0+1 I might be OK, does this sound viable?

You will be able to add a third hard drive no problem, you do not need another RAID setup.  -Redfoot

If I added a third drive, I would want it to mirror the drives in the raid 0 configuration. What would I need to do to accomplish this?
