I wrote zeros to the hard drive again, reinstalled WindowsMe downloaded all my drivers, that came with the pc, updated everything I could before hand, reinstalled WindowsXp, And finished the updating. WindowsXp isn't compatable with Legacy. And it's not compatable ,by itself, with the intel chipset I have. So I had no other choice. I knew when no one on this board had any ideas, I would have to do it the hard way. One thing I'm not to happy about is that it set up my files as FAT 32. And things ran alot smoother when I was running pure WindowsXp, instead of the upgrade. Thanks for asking. Sorry it wasn't something a little more hi-tech, or fancy. LOL! ---Marie1308
