Dell Video and INTEL HD drivers are tightly integrated. You have to install them in pairs.
INTEL does not update their drivers as often as ATI.
You have to unistall the junk installed and download the INTEL and ATI drivers from dell as a set and install.
ATI drivers will fail if dotnet 2.0,3.0,4.0 and up are not installed BEFORE installing the ATI driver.
