What Model PC? What Operating System? What type of Audio? (Integrated Audio or a separate sound card).
However, there are many reports on this forum and other internet forums of problems with the iTunes player. If playing audio on other media players is OK the problem is strictly iTunes. Also, keep in mind the PC does not have to be compatible with iTunes, the iTunes program must be compatible with the PC.
