I would watch out for the amount of heat these produce in this small case, the systems were sold with at least Q6600 and E7200. make sure to update the BIOS before upgrading.
I believe I listed all the 1066s that are listed at the intel pages (I included the pages so that it would be easy for you to reference and compare them)

based on the specs, this system will support standard (not extreme) Core 2 Duo and Quad core processors up to 1066 MHZ.
Quads Q6600, Q6700, (possible also Q9000, Q9100)

Some of those processors are 800FSB, 1066FSB and 1333FSB.
Can I pick any of them or do I have to choose a particular one?

choose the 1066FSB
the 1333s will not work, the 800s may not work.
