Hi, Trafficflow:

This error means the system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high. Drivers that have used improper addresses typically cause this error. 

Did you load the drivers from your Dell Resource disc or did you download them from the support site? If the former, I would go back and look for updated drivers.

I downloaded them one at a time and loaded the chipset first. I am not sure which other program caused it. It only came  up one time.Should I not worry about ?t I loaded Microsoft Office last nite. Is there any way I can narrow it down? Yes I still need your help. Thanks
