Boot Sequence
I reformatted a dell Dimension 4500 today. When I changed the boot sequence only three things were listed, the hard drive, a cd drive and an unknown device. The A drive did not show. Anyone know how I can get the other drives to show-there is a zip drive, and a floppy drive and a second cd drive.

Try resetting NVRAM. This will clear your BIOS configuration data and force the BIOS to redetect all devices. Instructions can be found at:
