As far of my knowledge, its a Optiplex GX260N. i got it free it didn't have the front of the case. i don't know the operating system because i haven't got it to boot up yet, MFG date 012303 so probably windows xp

sorry the lights on the back A and B are amber and C and D are green.

The led error code that you posted refers to a possible memory failure.

"Memory subsystem configuration activity or failure"

bjdroot,

Open the system and reseat the memory in the slots to see if it will then boot up.

Thanks for everyone's help, unfortunately i couldn't get it to work, it was the motherboard.  i ordered a new one, thanks again.
