BootUp error msg (?)

Question

Two items/questions Our church is running a Dimension XPS T600r (approx 4 yrs old). Recently when booting we have been getting a message: '02B0 - Diskette Drive A error'    (press escape to resume or delete to setup) I checked Setup and made sure all items were set to System Default but we still get the message. Drive A: seemed to work fine (it is an LS120) so we just chugged along. Last week I had cause to reformat the HD  (don't ask )  so I partitoned it at the same time and reinstalled Win 98SE, Windows updates (from the new Windows Security CD), and all drivers, etc. Since I use a Thumb Drive to transport files between home and Church, I also installed those drivers. Now I still get the error message at boot, but explorer also shows an A: floppy and a B: floppy. Since it appears everything is working ok, I can overlook that, but I sure would like to get rid of the bootup message since it stops everything when it appears. System:  Dimension XPS T600r, Bios version A08, 10gig HD (Maxtor, partitioned), Samsung DVD-Rom SD-608, LS-120 removable drive, 2 USB 1.1 ports, one of which I use for my Thumb Drive (Smart), Win98SE w/updts Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

Replace the CMOS battery.

Instead of replacing a battery you do not need to change, go to the system setup, disable is 1.44 FDD & the floppy drive controller.  System the system has an LS120 as the A: drive, the floppy drive controller is not used.  The floppy drive controller is causing the error.  The LS120 is an IDE device

Dageezerus - I disabled the drive and controller, message is gone, boots right up. Thanks for the help
