i too had the same problem you are having. after i installed internet explorer 6.0 with the maximum components it offers the problem went away. you may not have the right encoders so go to microsoft.com and download IE 6.0. If you already have 6.0 then it could just be your ISP. if you are running aol i see that a lot. i would suggest upgrading to cable if you dont mind the fee. its really worth the money!
