Cannot install programs
I have a Dell 8200 w XP, about six months old. Suddenly, last week, I cannot install programs from the CD.
I can install Windows Updates, but it hangs for about 15 min. before installing. Auto run on the cd works fine until the program actually starts to install, then nothing. No error message, nothing. Any suggestions?
The last program installed from a cd was Illustrator 10.
I am the admin.
I can download programs from the internet and they install ok.
