Hi lyssamarie164

Welcome to the Community

Any changes did you make on your PC before this happened ?

Error none Diskette drive 0 seek failure : This means a cable may be loose, or the computer configuration information may not match the hardware configuration. Check the external cable connections for once .

Also was your system running slow before this ? Have you connected any external devices before which are still connected ?  Example : I pod , Printer , Cell phone .

You may try this ,

Turn on your system by pressing the Power Button . As and when you see the Dell Logo , tap the F2 key repeatedly when you first see the lights on your keyboard flashing .

Now , you should see a screen which says "Phoenix Award CMOS Setup Utility ".

Here at this screen tap the F9 key loads your computer to it's default basic hardware settings .

Then press F10 to save the changes & then reboot your computer .

Lets us know about the outcome

Glad to help !

Thank you
