can't uninstall program ...help

Question

I bought a dimension 4600 a week ago and tried to install a cd (american greetings createacard). However it stalled halfway through so I cancelled. The icon is on my desktop but when I click on it text message 'cannot determine configuration' comes on. I went to the control panel to delete but text message 'the log file C:\PROGRAM~1\BRODER~1\AGCREA~1\DeIsL1.isu is not valid or the data has been corrupted. Uninstallation will not continue' comes on. I want to remove because the CD seems to be scratched. What do I do? Please someone ??????anyone???

Try an uninstall utility. I use one called my uninstall it does a better job than the windows uninstall.
