It would help if you told us which model computer you have.  Without that I can only give a general answer.  Get into you BIOS setup program by pressing either the F2 key or the Delete key (depends on the computer model) immediately after you start the computer.  Then, look through the options in the setup program for "Boot Sequence" or something similar (again depends on the model).  When you find it, change the CD-ROM drive to the first boot device in the boot sequence.
