computer malfunction

about a week ago i restarted my computer and my keyboard would not work at all.  i have gotten a new one but it still doesnt work.  i ran a diagnostic test and all the keys worked fine.  however when i restarted my computer and tried to sign in the keyboard still was not working.  what is wrong with my computer?

have u tried switching the port of the keyboard & mouse just to check if your keyboard will work? (though there is a designated port for the mouse & the keyboard it actually works on either port) if it doesn't work on the original keyboard port, what you've got is a bad motherboard.

hello, i have the same problem but in my computer don't work the keyboard form the font " i,k, alt " to the right and i dont know what can do  to resolv  my problem .... please help !!!

IronBlade,

If any of your keys (1 or more) is/are not fuinctioning, you can call the tech support group for replacement at 1800-8228965 input your express svc code to be routed to the proper dept (granted that your warranty is still active)
