Never heard of either site. Before you buy anything online go the Better Business Bureau web site. If you don't find the company by name, look it up by phone number.

Research the companies you buy from BEFORE you get crummy, non-working parts and zero customer service!

If you pay by credit card you can always contest the charges. If you don't hear anything soon I would speak to the credit card company.
