Good Morning Jim
Thank you for contacting the community.
If you can answer the following questions, it will give us a better understanding of the issue and how to best troubleshoot it:
1. Does the system completely power off or reboot
2. When it powers off, what does the power LED do, go off, or stay a certain colour, or flash.
3. Do you hear any beeps at all.
4. What happens on the monitors when the system goes off.
5. Power on > Tap F12 > Diagnostics > and run those diagnostics and note down any errors.
6. Would you be comfortable going inside the system and removing parts if need be?
Let us know how you get on.
Regards
Kevin

Good Morning Jim
Can you let us know exactly where you are based, so I can give you the right information on how to have this sorted.
Can you also please private message me your service tag, so I can have a look at your warranty status. With all of the answers above, with the issue being intermittent, and yourself not feeling comfortable opening up the system, we would usually go with a best guess part if you are in warranty.
Once you get back to me, we can move on from there.
Regards
Kevin
