Confidence test error

After running a diagonostic test on my Dell precision 3500, I received the following error:

Error code: 4400:011B

Msg SCSI_0-000_DISK_HITACHI_HDS72 - Block6636615: Medium error

Please advise me what to do. I can not log into my machine currently, only receive a blank screen after the attempting login.

Power off, unplug the system, and hold the power button for 30 sec.  Disconnect and reconnect the power and data cables to the drive that showed the error.  Restart and re-run the diagnostic.  If you see the same error again, the drive has failed and needs to be replaced.
