Chester, just curious. Did you do a system restore due to some problem, and set the system to an eariler date than when you had installed Windows XP Service Pack 2?
Oh, forgot, there was a system restore done, but this is my granddaughters computer and not sure when restore was done. but as I mentioned sp2 was already there.
Do a search for
wscui.cpl in C:\Windows\system32. If it is not present you can replace it either by using system file checker (Start|Run, enter
sfc /scannow and click OK) or by copying it from C:\Windows\system32\dllcache to C:\Windows\system32 (if it is in the dllcache folder).
