Well, if it opens when windows starts then for some reason it is doing so because it is in the start menu somewhere. You can look under start>prograns>startup and see what is listed there. Or select run and type in msconfig and hit enter. Look under startup and under programs there and if you see a box checked to run this then uncheck the box and restart the computer.
