Close case and see if it boots now with only mouse, monitor and keyboard connected (and fingers x'd)
If that doesn't work, you'll have to replace the motherboard. That's why it's not recommended to update BIOS unless it fixes a problem you actually have.
In future, you would be better off posing Alienware questions in the Alienware Club forum.

Two solutions, 1) solder a new BIOS chip to the motherbaord or 2) replace the motherboard
