Crazy Question

Question

I just received 5 brand new dells. I have pulled out 2 of them now and on both of them the power won't turn on. I have hooked up hundreds of computers before so I'm assuming or hoping that there is some kind of new turn on switch. Any Ideas?

Sometimes during shipping some of the cables or cards inside the case may become loose. Unplug the systems and remove the cords & cables.
Open the cases, making sure that you touch an unpainted metal surface on the computer before touching anything inside to make sure that you have discharged any static electricty, and make sure that all of the internal connections are tight & reseat the cards to make sure everything is secure. Re-connect the cables, plug in and see if they then will boot. If not, call Dell's Technical support.

thanks...but I all ready talked to a support tech and what ended up happening was that both of the computers were shipped witht the power cable unplugged.. Thanks for the help!!
