CT4780 - Unknown conector?

O.K, I have a Sound Blaster CT4780 from my old Dell Dimension which I have put in my shiny new PC.  It works beautifully and Im very happy.

However..  There is a 10 pin connector located on the bracket side of the CD and AUX 4 pin connectors and I cant identify what it is!  I have had a look at the manual, and although everything else seems to match,  this connector does not appear in the documentation.

I vaguely remember it feeding back into the motherboard but it cant be that essential?  as I said everything seems to be operating.   Can anyone identify this for me?

If the old Dell came with a front panel Headphone jack, that may be the connection for that.  Dell uses custom SoundBlaster card models, made only for Dell, and they have the custom connector.
