current system configuration

I have a Dell XPS Studio 9100 with windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and IE 9. I have all updates and lattes version of Java. I can't get the Current System Configuration on the support page to work. It shows original configuration OK. I have checked "I Agree" and installed the System Profiler plug in. I have been working with  tech support guy for about a month. He can't get it to work either. I think he has giving up, because today he wanted to set my system back to when it was new. Every thing else he has tried hasn't worked. Yesterday I got a little smarter and did a RESTORE POINT before he took control. The other times it took me days to get back all my auto complete and passwords. He installed Bing changed my homepage, IE settings. I didn't do it because it has taken almost a year to get my programs installed and set up like want it. I have another Dell that has XP on it and it works fine. Have any of you tried it with Windows 7 64-bit?

It might not be your XPS Studio, it could be a malfunction of the website. Go to www.Belarcadvisor.com , this will give you a complete profile of your pc. I print it for future reference. It will give you all the info that System profiler will.
