DCSE Courses & Exams
Looking into taking the DCSE Courses and taking the exam. Have had other co-workers say that with these you still have to troubleshoot the hardware with Dell Support. Is this true? If so how can you get certified so you don't have to and just call for Hardware replacements?

The DCSE course teaches the skills to properly Disassemble and Reassemble all Dell products. It however will not allow you to order parts for the system.
In order to do that your company would need to sign up with Premier Access.

This will allow you to order parts through the Premier Access program.
