Decoder Error

I'm getting a decoder error when I try to view Tv on MCE, it says "The video decoder has either malfunctioned or is not installed". I have already run the setup in MCE, and reinstalled the drivers for the Tuner card,(Angel II Dual TV Tuner), if I check in the device manager it shows the 2 cards, and says the drivers are OK.

Can any one help me with this ??

 

Also I had to reinstall my system, does anybody know how to get to the image files of the original setup ??
