Dell CDs

Since Dell no longer ships systems with a ResourceCD (for drivers and utilties) or a Tools CD (for preloaded applications such as Dell Media Experience), can anyone tell me if it's possible to order these CDs for a Dimension 8400, and if so, what the part numbers are? Thank you.
