Is the power button LED, solid green, blinking green, solid amber, blinking amber, or off?

Check the sequence of the Diagnostic Lights on the back panel?

the beeps mean = Keyboard Controller Test failure

and the diognostic lights say that theres a memory failure.

"Memory modules are detected, but a memory failure has occurred."

What are the colours of the four Diagnostic Lights on the back panel?

Does the power supply fan run?

Have you read the link I posted, that gave the diagnostic guide and troubleshooter?

Have you recently installed any additional hardware?

Open the case and remove and reinstall the memory modules and see if that makes a difference.

See HERE

Please read the Precautionary Measures HERE, before opening the case.

If the above does not make a difference, then try the following:

Remove all the memory modules, then install only one module in slot 1, then see if the system boots and if the computer starts normally, reinstall an additional module.

Does not boot, move the module to slot 2 and again see if the system boots.

Still does not boot, then remove the first module and using the second one, repeat the sequence described above.

Then if the computer still does not start, it's possible that the motherboard has failed and needs to be replaced.
