I was having the same problem with my KM632 wireless keyboard mouse after using it for like 2 to 3 days it stopped working and dint connect. Fortunately I had an spare mouse using which I Uninstalled both the HID Keyboard and Mouse drivers from device manager, after a few seconds the system installed the drivers automatically again and they started working again. So most probably its the driver configuration problem that you guys might be facing. not the hardware problem.

I'm having the same problem.
Can't find any reset button on the keybord, mouse or usb dongle
Is there no software to pair the devices?

Unfortunately there are no resets and neither is there any software available, that will allow you pair any replacement dongles, mouse and keyboards.

The KM 632 is only sold as a matching set by Dell.
